My cousin and I went out for dinner here on a Sunday night. Very quick service, they sat us right away. There were only a few others in the restaurant, so not too busy. Megan was our server and she was amazing!!! Always on top of refills and making sure that we had everything! The food was great! I didn’t finish my fries so I asked for a to-go box. I accidentally forgot about my to-go box when I left, which I remembered 30 seconds after we had left. So I went back in and our table had already been cleared. Megan had seen us come back in and when she heard that I forgot them she immediately went back into the kitchen to make some new fresh fries for me. She didn’t have to do that but it was much appreciated and now I get to enjoy my fries for a late night snack!! Definitely recommend!!

The Works was so delicious and they have a great selection of food! I read reviews of this place prior to our trip. They don’t disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was good and the prices reasonable for the area. It was extremely hot that day and their AC was having a hard time keeping up, but otherwise it was a great place to go and we would recommend it. The children ordered milkshakes which were really good and very big! The portions were excellent and everything was hot and perfectly cooked.

Went today for lunch. Food was good as always. Was a little short staffed but the server was exceptionally good and friendly, and the food was still served in a very reasonable amount of time. In fact both my nephews said they were the best burgers they ever had. I don’t necessarily agree with that, but it is quality and consistent food. This location could easily give the Toronto Wellington location tips on how to run a first class franchise.

Visited on the holiday and stopped here for dinner. Our server Megan was awesome! My boyfriend had a smash burger with mushrooms she recommended and is still saying he wants to go back for another one. Things were priced decent being on the Hill and the Caesar with the pickle in it was on point

Our server, Megan, was super helpful with Celiac disease accommodations, especially with double checking with the kitchen to make sure everything was safe for me. Also when we left we realized we forgot our extra fries in a to go container at the table, and came back 3 minutes later to them being gone. We were ready to accept our reality, but Megan came over and made us a new box right away. Thank you to Megan and the staff at this location for an amazing meal!

I'm a half tourist as when I'm in Niagara I drag someone who has lived there all their life around to do tourist stuff. Both of us were surprised at how good the food was here. Especially for a place right on Clifton Hill. I'd consider this place to be on of the less expensive restaurants with WAY above average food and service if I could give more stars I would!!
